Crystal/Rough Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a Crystal/Rough Expert to strengthen our Product Development team. This role involves working closely with crystals and rough gemstones to conceptualize, evaluate, and develop innovative products aligned with wellness and mindfulness.
Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and select crystals/rough gemstones for new product lines.

Work with the design and merchandising teams to develop crystal-inspired Jewellery, wellness, and lifestyle products.

Ensure authenticity, quality, and ethical sourcing of crystals/rough material.

Provide expertise on crystal properties, healing attributes, and usage in mindful living.

Stay updated with global trends in crystal applications for wellness and lifestyle

Build and maintain supplier/vendor relationships.
Key Skills & Competencies

In-depth knowledge of crystals, rough gemstones, and their holistic/healing properties.

Strong understanding of gemstone authenticity, treatments, and grading.

Experience in product development, especially in wellness, lifestyle, or Jewellery.

Market awareness of mindful living trends and consumer preferences.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and holistic products.
Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Gemology, Mineralogy, or a related field.

10 years of experience with crystals/rough gemstones.
-
Prior experience in wellness, lifestyle, or Jewellery product development is preferred.
