We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving growth and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts across various sectors

Develop strong, lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

Serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters and inquiries

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure timely and successful delivery of services and solutions

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives

Prepare regular account status reports, performance analytics, and client feedback summaries

Resolve any client issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction

Maintain accurate client records and communication logs in CRM systems

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in client service delivery
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools
