Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our client’s engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems. You should have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and a commitment to delivering quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and manage civil engineering projects from concept through completion

  • Conduct site inspections, surveys, and feasibility assessments

  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project goals are met

  • Monitor construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications

  • Provide technical advice and resolve engineering issues on-site when needed

  • Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies

  • Use engineering software and tools to model and simulate project designs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in civil or structural engineering

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or Civil 3D

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Professional engineering license or certification (preferred)

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus depending on location
