Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our client’s organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring strong financial health and long-term sustainability of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial activities including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

  • Develop and monitor financial strategies, plans, and KPIs to support business goals

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports

  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards

  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions when needed

  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment planning

  • Lead financial audits and liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities

  • Supervise finance team members and support their professional development

  • Provide strategic input and financial insights to executive leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)

  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a strong advantage

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial leadership or managerial role

  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, budgeting, and reporting practices

  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism

  • Fluency in English; other regional languages are a plus
