Job Description

We are leading Recruitment Consultancy in Gulf Cooperation Council, we are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team. This hybrid role is based in Arad, Northern, Bahrain , allowing for a mix of office presence for client/candidate meetings and remote work. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, building relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to the growth of the business. The office is located in the Arad area-Kingdom of Bahrain.

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for open positions. Write and post compelling job advertisements. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Present qualified candidates to clients and arrange interviews. Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process. Provide career advice to candidates. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market conditions. Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. Attend networking events and industry functions. Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices. Provide excellent service to both clients and candidates.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, either agency or in-house. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn). Resilience and persistence. Knowledge of the local job market is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong problem-solving skills.
