Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client’s sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits

Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers

Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations

Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools

Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

1–3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Strong persuasion and presentation abilities

Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus

Fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage

Valid driver’s license may be required for field sales roles
